In the middle of the ceremony, Nagui found himself very embarrassed after lending his microphone to Artus. We’ll explain it to you.
This Wednesday, January 1, the France 2 channel broadcast its new program: the first Bravos d’Or ceremony.
Hosted by Nagui and Leïla Kaddour-Boudadi, this program – broadcast in prime time from the Marigny theater in Paris – rewards the greatest cultural successes of the year.
«For the first time, a retrospective of all the events of the year is combined with a ceremony rewarding the greatest successes, without going through votes or juries: everything is based on objective and indisputable criteria», indicated the France Télévisions group.

During the evening, the Bravo d’Or for cinema was awarded to “Un p’tit truc en plus”, the first feature film by comedian Artus. This comedy was a huge hit in France.
With more than 10 million tickets sold, the film has become the biggest success of the year 2024 in French cinemas, ahead of “The Count of Monte Cristo” and “Dune, Second Part”.

Artus’s daring joke causes a moment of embarrassment
Accompanied by the film crew, Artus went on stage to receive his prize, to the applause of the audience. On the set, Nagui did not fail to recall the impact of “A little thing in addition” on the personal lives of actors with disabilities.
“The great thing is that for almost all the actors, this film changed their lives,” said the presenter.
Although it was not planned, Artus did not hesitate to take the microphone from Nagui to answer him.
“I felt you were a little stingy on the microphone since earlier,” he said.
In the process, the director made comments that embarrassed the two hosts since the latter told a joke that was, to say the least, daring:
“It’s dead now that I have it. So, I’m going to tell a story. It’s two f***s coming in…” he joked.
Nagui’s reaction was not long in coming: he hid his face in his hands and tried to retrieve his microphone. An attempt which ended in failure.

Fortunately, the 37-year-old actor ended up answering the question asked by the famous host.
«There are lots of things that have changed. Things that we cannot announce right away,” he revealed.
Before adding:
«I am very proud to receive this award from you both. I don’t know if we’re going to give you a Gold Bravo, but I say it sincerely, you have always been kind to all my projects and even more so with this film. Really, thank you very much».
