The man is not unknown. Patrick Watson is a recognized oenologist, of British nationality, and a fine connoisseur of Alsatian wines. According to several witnesses, he got drunk before losing his life. A simple accident? No, a crime. The man was drugged before being pushed into the void.
A new episode after a year of absence
The investigation is entrusted to the Strasbourg judicial police and its captain César Wagner, a talented cop, but a chronic hypochondriac. Very quickly, suspicion will fall on Bruno Koehler, a wine producer who had some problems with Patrick Watson. But is he really the culprit?
This Friday January 3 on France 2 this tenth episode – previously unreleased – marks the return of this detective series after a year of absence, apart from rebroadcasts. In January 2024, César Wagner had attracted more than five million viewers. An undeniable success.
