Ecological and budgetary constraints, fewer and fewer Christmas ice rinks are returning to Ile-de-France… In Clichy, for example, the town hall preferred to replace the expensive and energy-intensive ice rink with a roller park! However, roller skating has fewer fans, and the magic of ice is more attractive: in Antony or Vincennes, after a year of roller skating, the ice rink returns this winter, the inhabitants having voted for its return, and the technologies that have evolved to save the water and energy needed.
A little advice: bring gloves which are highly recommended when skating (in case of a fall)!
Grand Palais ice rink
After several years of absence, it's the grand return of the Grand Palais des Glaces! Nearly 3,000 square meters of real ice under the glass roof of the Grand Palais, for skating from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day! 200 square meters dedicated to the little ones, a DJ from 8 p.m. for a completely crazy experience.

Ice rink at André Citroën Park
Brand new ice rink in Paris this year: the André Citroën park, in the 15th arrondissement, welcomes in the middle of its central lawn a large open-air/outdoor ice rink in the capital (450m² of real ice). The “Patins en Folie” event also offers entertainment, special decorations, etc.

Ice rink at the Tuileries Christmas market
In the heart of Paris, the Tuileries Christmas market is a mix of traditional chalets for gift ideas, a gourmet market with cheeses and sausages galore, attractions and rides and a small synthetic ice rink of around 200 m square (at the foot of the Ferris wheel). It's not the most beautiful Christmas ice rink in Paris but it will please the little ones.
