The regional monitoring commission in Ouarzazate has decided to suspend classes in several educational establishments due to weather conditions.
According to information from Le Site info, the decision concerns schools in the communes of Immi Noulane, Ghassat, Tilouate, Agram Noukdal, Tadili, Khzama, Siroua and Aznaken.
The commission sent correspondence to the directors of the establishments concerned in order to take the necessary measures to protect students and teaching staff.

The same phenomenon is expected from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the provinces of Taounate, Taza, Tetouan, Beni Mellal, Ifrane, Khenifra, Boulemane, Sefrou, Azilal, Moulay Yacoub, Al Haouz, Al Hoceima, Ouarzazate, Chefchaouen, Fes and Figuig.
Furthermore, locally strong wind gusts of (70/85Km/h) are expected, Monday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., in the provinces of Figuig, Jerada, Guercif, Taourirt, Boulmane and Midelt, the DGM reports in a bulletin. “orange” alert level.
