The defendant is sentenced to three years of socio-judicial supervision. He is prohibited from coming into contact with the victim, appearing at his home and carrying out any activity in contact with a minor for three years. He is finally registered in the automated judicial file of perpetrators of sexual and violent offenses (Fijais) and will have to pay €4,245 to the victim.
