His scooter unloads on the highway
He had decided to take the highway with his electric scooter, visibly unaware of the danger involved! The German was trying to reach the Balbigny station to return home, but fortunately the gendarmes from the PMO of Feurs were passing that way.
The man reportedly struggled to get to the station alone when his scooter broke down, drained of battery. The police fined him for driving an unauthorized vehicle on the highway and probably had to lecture him.
They still decided to take him to the station so that he could take his train without risking his life on the journey.
