Called “Team LGA”, the campaign team in favor of YES in this Saturday’s referendum has held meetings in several districts of Gabon’s capital over the last 10, inviting people to rally to its cause. Taking stock of the exchanges with the inhabitants of these neighborhoods, the platform led by Louis Gaston Aubame said it felt a strong mobilization and growing enthusiasm during its visit.

As part of the referendum campaign in favor of “YES”, Team LGA, under the direction of Louis Gaston Aubame, embarked on a political journey which took it through several localities in the Commune of Libreville.
At each stage of this tour, the citizens’ platform was able to bring together enthusiastic crowds around the constitutional reform project, strengthening support for the political change project touted by Team LGA.
Malaba: a launch under the best auspices
The first leg of the tour, held in Malaba, was marked by a warm welcome from the locals. Motivated and open to discussions, Malaba residents responded to listen and debate the constitutional reform proposals put forward by Team LGA. This gathering, which ended with a friendly snack, allowed participants to interact freely with the members of the platform. Mélen-Vietnam: strong citizen involvement
The second stage, organized in Mélen-Vietnam, was a great success. Lalala – “2 tombs”: intense and promising exchanges
The Lalala stage, at a place called “2 tombs”, allowed Team LGA to measure the extent of the interest in the constitutional reform project. Residents, who came in large numbers, actively participated in the discussions, expressing questions and concerns about the impact of the reform. The team, in response, detailed the expected benefits, generating marked enthusiasm. This exchange helped strengthen the bond of trust between Team LGA and citizens, demonstrating growing local support for the “YES” cause.
PK12: development prospects that inspire support
The fourth stage, at PK12, was also marked by strong mobilization. In front of an enthusiastic audience, Team LGA highlighted the development prospects promised by the constitutional reform, taking care to respond to the specific concerns of residents of PK12. For the last stage of this tour, Team LGA went to Mélen-Rails, where it was once again welcomed by attentive and motivated residents. The discussions were constructive, making it possible to meet local expectations while clarifying the advantages of constitutional reform. The positive reception of the arguments in favor of “YES” reinforced the collective momentum in favor of the referendum, closing the tour on a note of shared enthusiasm.

These five stages show the constant progression of popular mobilization in favor of “YES”. Everywhere it went, Team LGA was welcomed by attentive, engaged citizens and an increasing number of people showing their support.
