A 31-year-old woman was indicted on Sunday for the murder of her mother.

Firefighters responded to a fire in Magny-en-Vexin on Friday and discovered the victim.

The suspect was arrested and taken into custody the same day.

They had responded to a fire before the case turned into a murder. Friday morning around 7 a.m., firefighters went to an apartment in a residence in Magny-en-Vexin to contain a disaster that had been reported to them.
