Then time passed, just like the Covid-19 health crisis. And the creator of “Marion Duval” and “Angelot du lac” returned to Saint-Xandre this June to meet the 271 students who attend the 12 classes of the school that bears his name. “I’m very bad at colors. My wife Nicole is in charge of my comics. She is merciless on my drawings. She often tells me: “but you’re not going to publish that all the same”,” confided the designer.
An original board as a gift
The numerous original and dedicated drawings left on the walls of the Saint-Xandre school bear witness to the author’s passage.
