Dakarposte has learned from its insightful intelligence networks that the businessman Pape Doro Gaye, placed yesterday under arrest warrant, suffering, was finally transferred to the so-called “VIP” sector of the Rebeuss citadel. Precisely in room 42.

At Rebeuss prison, only this sector with 6 rooms (from 38 to 43) seems to breathe a little. It has seen several personalities pass by including Karim Wade, Condetto Niang, Baïla Wane, Amadou Kane Diallo, Ndongo Diaw….

In the VIP sector, detainees are provided with individual beds and fans. A shady mango tree, which separates rooms 42 and 43, brings them a little more freshness. The courtyard is tiled and well maintained and each room has only around ten inmates. Quite the opposite of rooms 9 and 10, the bosses’ cells, whose windows overlook the VIP compartment.

A case which is far from knowing its epilogue. The cause? A judicial investigation has been opened. The case was entrusted to the judge of the third chamber of the Dakar public prosecutor’s office.

“Other heads could roll” agrees to reveal to us a Source with the scent of what is going on in the judicial sector.

After two returns from the prosecution, the businessman close to Macky SALL was placed under arrest warrant by the investigating judge of the 3rd cabinet.

Accused of land fraud involving 1 billion 200 million CFA francs, in particular land located at Léopold Sédar Senghor airport, “CEO” as he is nicknamed even asked to pay a deposit of 500 million CFA francs followed by payment of the rest of the amount in the form of a moratorium.

However, this request was refused by the judge. Thus, after his face to face with the investigating magistrate on June 3, he was sent to prison.

As a reminder, the complaint comes from a certain Zakilloulahi SOW who works for people to whom this land was sold by the accused.
