The HCR Association, the Animation Committee of Hoteliers, Cafetiers and Restaurateurs in and surrounding areas which brings together around fifty establishments has just elected its new president, Denis Lardin.

A catering professional, Denis Lardin is the manager of Espace-Probus in the center of Vienna, a room that can be rented on demand and which offers a catering service.

The objective that the new president and his team have set for themselves is “to maintain, of course, all the activities that the Association traditionally organizes: the boules competition, in November; the chefs’ soup, in December; Vienne’àTable, in June and support for Courir à Vienne in October.”

And added: “Our desire is to support different local causes and to bring together all professionals to continue to serve the Viennese. »

The Office

The new office of the HCR Association is made up of:
-Denis Lardin, president,
-Ryma Prost-Romand (Mama Trötter) and Cyril Bretones (Odéon), vice-president,
-Séverine Chautemps, treasurer
-Martine Bègue, Babette Géraldes (Bar de la Pyramide) and Manu Garon (La Barcarolle) at the Secretariat.
