Around 10 p.m. this Saturday October 12, 2024a fire broke out in a four-story building and a basement on rue André-Faucher in Dreux (Eure-et-Loir).
A fire which led to a significant deployment of emergency services from several centers in the department.
48 firefighters on this disaster
The Departmental Fire and Rescue Service engaged 48 fire fighters for this intervention but also around fifteen firefighting and victim assistance machines.
The firefighters come from the emergency centers of Dreux, Aunay-sous-Crécy, Houdan (Yvelines), Tremblay-les-Villages, Saint-Rémy-sur-Avre, Chartres, Les Villages-Vovéens and Maintenon.
Emergency services on site began securing, reconnaissance and extinguishing operations.
