The former adventurer, who has four seasons of Koh Lanta in his television CV, now appears in the new game The Power broadcast on W9. Since April 1, the candidates have been locked in a house and have to guess who the “power player” is every week. But in an interview for TV MagazineCoumba admits that this new show is much more complicated than Koh Lanta.
“I was constantly thinking”
If Koh Lanta is renowned for its physical, but also mental, difficulties, Coumba explains that psychologically, The Power is just as complicated. For TV Magazinethe former participant in Denis Brogniart’s show admits that she did not experience confinement badly, but rather the strategies to put in place to succeed in unmasking the “power player”. “I didn’t have a bad experience of this confinement with twelve people I didn’t know. In Koh-Lanta, we are really isolated from the outside world and our loved ones for a long time”explains the candidate. “In The Power, we had a day off each week, we had comfort and we could eat as much as we wanted. But paradoxically, this adventure was more difficult than Koh-Lanta. Psychologically, I was constantly thinking, I was wary of everything takes time after filming to get out of the game.
“I was a little reluctant”
