A private hunt that turns into a tragedy in the Loire department. This Saturday, September 28, 2024, in the middle of the afternoon, emergency services were called to the town of Bussy-Albieux, 7 kilometers north of Boën-sur-Lignon.
A 42-year-old hunter is found lifeless. According to initial information, the accident occurred during a private hunt with many hunters on site. According to the authorities, two hunting companies had gathered for a wild boar hunt.
The president of the Loire Hunting Federation Gérard Aubret knew the victim. “I send my deepest condolences to his family and loved ones..” Gérard Aubret does not add any more and says he will let the investigation continue. It will have to determine the circumstances of this fatal accident.
