THE History meeting are a popular event where everyone can satisfy their curiosity, find material to educate themselves but also to entertain themselves. – 6 p.m.: In search of politics by Thomas Legrand (recording for broadcast on Sunday October 13 at 6:10 p.m.) on the theme Politics: Is the city-countryside opposition a reality? with Danielle TartakowskyFrench historian, specialist in social and political history in France in the 20th century and Jean-Marc Moriceauhistorian, professor emeritus at the University of Caen and specialist in rural history.
In 27 years, the History meeting have become the first festival of ideas in France, and an unmissable event in the intellectual life of the country. It aims to transmit to the greatest number of people a historical knowledge dusted off by the presentation of recent research but also to offer a new perspective on contemporary issues.
Each edition is unique and follows a theme previously defined by a scientific council.

Around this major axis, numerous conferences and meetings will be organized in order to exchange between intellectuals from all backgrounds: historians of course, but also philosophers, journalists, politicians, writers, filmmakers, economists… Other questions will also be addressed to reflect current historiographical events in all their diversity with speakers from all horizons.
