An accident involving a utility van and a heavy goods vehicle occurred around 5 p.m., this Tuesday, April 23, 2024, on the A11 motorway, north of Angers (Maine-et-Loire). According to the fire and rescue operational center, four people were involved in the collision.
Closed tunnel
Three people were unhurt and there was a woman who was slightly injured. She was transported to Angers University Hospital. As a safety measure, the Avrillé tunnel was closed by Vinci services.
