Sablé-sur-Sarthe. Everything you need to know about the first day of entrepreneurship

For the very first time, the Sabolian country will set up a day dedicated to entrepreneurshipin the Madeleine Marie room, at Sablé-sur-SartheThursday May 16, 2024.

“The idea with this initiative is to promote entrepreneurship in the Sabolian territory,” assures Pierre-Marie Gourhand, responsible for the Economic Mission for the City of Sablé-sur-Sarthe and the Community of Communes of Pays Sabolien. In our sector, there are niche microenterprises that deserve to be supported. It is up to us to detect them in order to provide them with support services. »

Entrepreneurs will share their experiences

On the program for this day, a first round table, where it will be discussed how to succeed in taking over, creating and franchising businesses. Alexandra Legmann Pelletier (Maison Drans), Nicolas Rue (Weldom) and Stéphane Berthelot (CB Resine) will talk about their journey.

Following this, a second round table will answer the question: how are these companies revolutionizing entrepreneurship to a more sustainable, responsible, collaborative and environmentally friendly approach? Sylvie Casenave-Péré (Posson Packaging), Xavier Guivarch (La Scetec) and Isabelle Rocin (Let’s Co_Up) will share their experience.

Free workshops

Partner stands will also be available to advise entrepreneurs on their projects. Parked in the parking lot of the Madeleine Marie room, the Entrepreneurship Bus will aim to “target populations in isolated areas”.

In the afternoon, two workshops will be organized. One will be focused on creating a microenterprise led by Urssaf and the Chamber of Trades, the other will discuss the methods for making an optimized search for financing with the expertise of Crédit Mutuel and Initiative Sarthe.

Upon registration, all of the day’s events are “already popular”.

A first milestone for La Virgule

This initiative towards the business world is part of this desire to “bring to life the comma before it is materially there. We are setting a first milestone,” confides Daniel Chevalier, president of Pays Sabolien.

As a reminder, this future economic third place will be located near Sablé station. “We still hope to start the work next November, to an opening in September 2025 », says Pierre-Marie Gourhand.

Moreover, the La Virgule logo, validated by local elected officials, will be revealed during this entrepreneurship day.
