Monday January 6, 2025, in Touche pas à mon poste, Guillaume Genton took stock of the legal case between him and Nicolas Pernikoff. He accuses him of fraud, and deplores the inefficiency of justice: “It’s been going on for four years,” he confided.
Guillaume Genton is not just a columnist. He is also a producer of television programs. And it was within the framework of this activity that he was scammed by another columnist from Touche pas à mon poste. In the show on Monday January 6, 2025, he returned to the legal case between him and Nicolas Pernikoff. “It's been going on for four years“, he began, before explaining: “Nicolas Pernikoff, who you know because he participated in this show, has a communications company. He ordered 165,000 euros worth of ads from me for major cosmetics brands. I advanced more than 130,000 euros in costs, so there is a hole of 300,000 euros.“
“After a while it becomes a lot“: Guillaume Genton resurfaced against Nicolas Pernikoff
“We filed a complaint for fraud and breach of trust. The complaint was dismissed, so that's great.”he quipped. But Guillaume Genton does not intend to stop there: “We appealed. And beyond my story, what is terrible is that there is France which goes to great lengths to try to do things honestly, […] and there are people like Nicolas Pernikoff who don't give a damn about anything.”Especially since he wouldn't be the only one to have been fooled:”I realized that I was the 60th creditor on the list, so there are at least 60 people who were scammed. I met a person behind the scenes who works on the show who got scammed out of 50,000 euros, after a while it's a lot. And that puts societies at risk.“
“I would like justice to be done. But justice protects thieves and makes honest people suffer. We haven't received any money for four years. It's a huge loss of earnings, and he doesn't care. […] I find it scandalous“, continued Guillaume Genton, who is paid around 1000 euros per broadcast on TPMP, before detailing the system which would allow Nicolas Pernikoff to carry out his scams: “Officially, his company has gone into safeguarding, that is to say that there is an administrator who says that we must first pay Urssaf, except that the truth is that he is doing his shenanigans, he opens his other companies, he sells broadcasts to the public service which are paid for with stolen money.“Enough to disgust him.
