Due to a yellow snow alert for the departments of Oise and Aisne and orange for those of , and Pas-de-, the Hauts-de- region announces the cancellation of school and intercity transport, Wednesday January 8.

Due to the climatic conditions announced by Météo France throughout the regional territory for this Wednesday, January 8, 2025, the Hauts-de-France Region has taken the decision to completely suspend school transport organized by the Region including by small vehicle, as well as intercity bus transport lines.

Those managed in the Beauvaisis Agglomeration are, for the moment, maintained.

According to Météo France's weather forecasts for this Wednesday, January 8, 2025, snowfall/ice is forecast throughout the Hauts-de-France region from the beginning of the afternoon.

Accumulations could reach north of a line, 5 to 10 cm, locally more than 10 cm, south of this line 3 to 5 cm, locally more than 5 cm. The departments of Oise and Aisne have been placed on yellow alert while those of Somme, Nord and Pas-de-Calais are on orange alert.
For Thursday January 9, the resumption may be activated depending on changes in weather conditions.
