In the live broadcast this Tuesday, December 3 on TF1+, the students of the Star Academy have discovered the enormous surprise that awaits them for the next bonus, placed under the theme of “musical“.
For this eighth week spent in the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys, the Star Academy takes on the air of a musical comedy. Starting this Monday, December 2, the students took their first assessments of the week on the theme of musicals and four candidates have already been immunized: Franck, Ebony, Maïa and Marguerite. While Ulysse, Charles, Marine and Maureen must pass new evaluations in order to determine the two nominees of the week. This Tuesday, December 3, during the live, the students had the right to a group lesson with the four Star Academy teachers together: Sofia, Marlène, Lucie and Hugue. After a long afternoon of rehearsals to get ready for the next bonus, the faculty revealed a nice surprise to the candidates…
“By retracing your personal history: Marlène Schaff unveils a major project for the December 7 bonus of the Star Academy
On the next bonus broadcast on Saturday December 7, the students of the Star Academy will perform their own musical show! The entire faculty of the castle revealed the big surprise to the participants this Tuesday, December 2, in the live broadcast on TF1+. The performance will be punctuated by spoken parts and sung parts, like the greatest musicals, and will refer to the history of each of the candidates. “This musical was written for you, retracing your personal story before being cast for the Star Academy“, says Marlène Schaff. Before starting to listen to the full show that they will have to perform, the teacher wanted to clarify: “We are going to work on the text tomorrow with Hugues, there are timing requirements. On the other hand, we will never make you say something you don't want to say, so don't start judging what you read, give it a chance, just because there are people who have passed sleepless nights writing it“. The show seems to have been unanimous: the students expressed their enthusiasm at the idea of performing it on the TF1 set during the prime.
“I'm a little jaded: Maureen (Star Academy) reacts to the surprise of the musical show
If the musical show of the Star Academy seems to have won over the entire promotion, some parts still aroused reluctance among the academicians: “Marine gets into all her states“, reads the young dentist, before ironically: “Ok top !“. A touch of disappointment was also felt on Maureen's side. Returning to the castle with her other comrades, she shared: “I'm a little jaded“, and justifies his state of mind: “Well, I'm the sick girl… (in the musical show Editor's note)”. If the candidates do not feel comfortable with their role or their text, Marlène Schaff clarified that some modifications may be made to the script.
