The accident happened on the Tattygar Road near Lisbellaw.
Police said they attended the incident and no serious injuries were reported.
The Ambulance Service did not attend the incident.
Photographs from the scene show the vehicle on its side at the roadside.
The Education Authority confirmed one of its buses were involved in the crash shortly after 8am.
It said the vehicle was transporting eight post-primary pupils.
The spokesperson said: “Thankfully, no injuries were reported by either the passengers or the driver and all the children were safely transported from the scene by parents or family members.
“The PSNI was in attendance and a review of the circumstances of the incident will be undertaken.”
It comes as a new warning about cold weather has been issued for Northern Ireland.
The Met Office said icy temperatures will lead to some difficult travelling conditions, affecting five counties.
Its yellow alert is in place from 4pm this afternoon to 10am tomorrow.
The Met Office said: “Icy stretches are expected to form on untreated surfaces during Wednesday evening and overnight into Thursday as temperatures drop below freezing.
“A few sleet or snow showers are also likely at times, particularly close to coasts.”
The warning applies to counties Antrim, Armagh, Down, Londonderry and Tyrone, as well as parts of England, Scotland and Wales.
It follows another night of cold weather, which saw a Tyrone village turned into a winter wonderland as snow hit parts of Northern Ireland.

The previous night, Monday, also saw snowfall, mainly over hills and mountains, in some areas.
Police have warned motorists of difficult driving conditions today.
The PSNI said: “Please take extra care on the roads this morning especially on those which may not have been gritted.
“Clear your windscreen of ice and snow before you set off and remember to slow down and increase the distance between you and the car ahead.”
