THE expense regularizations do not pass. A few days before the 2024 end-of-year holidays, many Morbihan Habitat tenants are complaining about very high bills. A call to demonstrate is launched for the December 13, 2024.
What is Morbihan Habitat?
Morbihan Habitatthis is the merger of three social housing organizations of Morbihan: the Department of Morbihan, Lorient Agglomération and Gulf of Morbihan – Vannes Agglomération, namely Bretagne Sud Habitat, Lorient Habitat and Vannes Golfe Habitat.
“This collaboration helps promote the exchange of expertise, pooling of resources and the implementation of innovative and ambitious projects for the region. This helps to strengthen the capacity of Morbihan Habitat to improve its contribution to territorial development and the satisfaction of housing needs,” indicates the organization.
Regularizations considered too important
“Fed up and general anger”, “charge regularizations with an astronomical and incomprehensible sum of €700”, “we have never had notes like that before”, etc. On social networks, there are numerous testimonies for denounce regularizations of charges (maintenance, caretaker, energy, water, green spaces, etc.) considered too expensive.
After reading these reviews, Morbihan Habitat organized an internal meeting.
Faced with this observation and wishing for answers, tenants are calling for demonstrations Friday December 13, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. in front of Morbihan Habitat in Lorient against “abusive charges” but also the “insularity” of housing.
