Jean-Marie Le Pen, aged 96, has been hospitalized since the beginning of the week. He suffered “a series of exams, linked to his age”learned BFMTV. “There are ups and downs”said a member of his entourage, relays Le Figaro. Those around him make it known that there is “no special alert”.
For several years, the candidate for the 2002 presidential election has seen his health deteriorate. In the case of the assistants of RN MEPs, in which he is being prosecuted, his case was “disjointed” after a medical expertise had noted “a profound deterioration” of his physical and psychological state. It concluded that he was not able or “to be present”is “to prepare his defense”.
His three daughters have a “protection mandate”
