Three matches, three victories for the Warriors who won again against the Kings: 109-106. In search of a contract extension, Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga have been the most high-profile. Starting alongside Stephen Curry, the first planted 23 points on 7 of 13 shots, and his defense posed big problems for De’Aaron Fox and DeMar DeRozan. At his side, Jonathan Kuminga is just as aggressive with 19 points on 5 of 8 shots, including 3 of 4 from 3-point range. What Steve Kerr must have appreciated is that the two went for 18 free throws!

Little scare for Stephen Curry

Despite a superb 8 out of 11 3-pointers in the first quarter, notably from Kyle Anderson, the Warriors waited until “money time” to take control of the match. The Moody-Kuminga duo passed the baton to Gui Santos and Pat Spencer, and it was finally Reece Beekman, on two free throws, who gave these three points a lead. After the match, Steve Kerr regretted the 24 lost balls!

In Sacramento, it is essentially the exit of the team’s stars which weighs down the second half. Without Malik Monk or Kevin Huerter, the Kings bench was very thin. Note that Stephen Curry was released after injuring his right index finger. https://twitter.com/anthonyVslater/status/1844964708945887737.
