New automation is now available in the Philips Hue app. The tool was reported after updating to version 5.33 but it was not possible to use it at that time. The feature has since been unlocked at least for iOS users, likely with the rollout of version 5.33.1 of https://apps.apple.com/us/app/philips-hue/id1055281310.
Arming Schedule Automation can be used to automatically arm or disarm your Secure system at times you choose. The tool is found on the Automations page of the app, where it is marked as appearing towards the bottom of the list. By selecting this option, customers have the ability to choose the days and times they want their Secure products to automatically activate or deactivate. There are a maximum of eight time slots, you can customize each day of the week individually, and there is support for multiple schedules, which you could use to create a vacation mode.
Signify, the company that owns the Philips Hue brand, also recently announced other features coming to the Secure line, which includes products like the Battery Camera (currently $179.99 on Amazon). Later this year, a new sound detection for smoke detectors will appear. In addition, iOS users will have a new widget allowing them to view the video feed from their security camera. It is not yet known when version 5.34 of the Philips Hue application will arrive and if it will bring one or other of these new tools
