According to a leak from brand-new, Casio plans to expand its G-Shock line with four new models in what is believed to be a new series. These models are the GA-110AS-2A (black), GA-110AS-5A (beige), GA-2100AS-2A (black) and GA-2100AS-5A (beige). Although the Japanese watch maker has yet to provide official details on the name or theme of the series, the watches are expected to launch in the spring.
The models feature a combination of dark and neutral tones, complemented by pops of bright blue on the dials. This suggests a seasonal theme for the watches. The GA-110AS models are part of G-Shock’s larger case line, while the GA-2100AS parts retain the thinner carbon-core structure, often referred to as “CasiOak” due to the octagonal shape of the case. Judging by the choice of color palettes, the overall aesthetic seems more modern and understated, suggesting that these watches should be suitable for casual wear and outdoor activities.
Upon further analysis of the images, we can see distinct analog-digital layouts with prominent sub-dials. Like all G-Shock models, these watches are expected to feature features such as shock and water resistance, stopwatch function and world time.
