Assassin’s Creed Shadows is set in feudal Japan. We will be able to play two characters, namely Naoe, a shinobi, and the samurai Yasuke. This chapter would share some similarities with popular chapters of the license, including a map with a more realistic scale ratio and a larger playing field.
The developers wanted to make AC Shadows stand out from its predecessors by opting for a more down-to-earth approach, favoring a denser map, but rich in details and interactions.. It’s a relatively risky bet, but if successful it can promise a most immersive gaming experience. The game will be available from November 15 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
