the essential
Musical evening at the cultural and civic café.
The cultural and civic café of Estanquet is offering a musical evening this Saturday, January 18 at 8:30 p.m. The former Town Hall School, located at the crossroads of the avenues of Toulouse and the Pyrenees, will welcome Nycho and his guitar.
A few days after the El Remedio concert which opened the Estanquet musical season to the rhythm of Latin sounds, a new discovery evening will be offered to the public.
Nycho, a real human jukebox, will simply be equipped with a microphone and an acoustic guitar. It offers an acoustic and atypical concert: it adapts to the public’s demand.
Thanks to a QR code, available on site, each customer of the cultural café will be able to choose from Nycho’s rich album the next song they will have to perform.
His playlist, always enriched, has more than 60 titles. Among them, music lovers will find great timeless classics, but also recent titles known to all.
The performance will please all ears and all generations.
Alone on stage, with a guitar
A singer alone on stage, a simple guitar: the ingredients come together for an intimate and authentic concert. But from the first notes, the atmosphere goes beyond this circle reduced to the essential: thanks to his interpretation and his energy, each piece takes on a new color. In short, it’s a complete discovery, both for the public and for Nycho, since it is the customers who will draw, smartphone in hand, the playlist for the evening.
The concert will start at 8:30 p.m. and will not end until around 11 p.m. Admission is free.
We will only have to wait a week before a new musical evening. The group Anthrope will take over the café on Saturday January 25 from 8:30 p.m. for an evening of acoustic blues rock.
Essential French songs and compositions from their album will ensure a groovy atmosphere for this last musical evening of January. The very rich program of activities at Estanquet can be discovered on the café’s website.
