Saturday January 18, 2025, at 2 p.m., the Coutances auction house, in Manche, and its auctioneer Eric Bourreau, are offering an unusual sale. All the furniture from a manor in the region is going to be sold at auction.

This is the very beautiful Réaux Manorlocated in Cambernon. “It is a building which dates from the 16e century and which has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1989,” explains Maître Eric Bourreau.

Antique furniture, works of art, household linen

The furniture includes antique furniture, dating from 17e until 19e century : chests, sideboards, tables, etc. Objects of art will also be on sale: earthenware, pewter, copper, glassware and other lighting fixtures.

You can also acquire silverware, costume jewelry, paintings and engravings, household linen or even books and garden tools.

Note, among the properties offered, a French school painting from 18e century, entitled “Portrait of Philip V, King of Spain”. It is estimated between €500 and €700.
