To get the year off to a good start, members of Dadoucyclotourisme will meet on Thursday January 16 at 8:30 p.m. at the association house, Place Bosquet, to renew their cycle tourism license. This meeting is open to all those who wish to find out about the activities of the association, understand the usefulness of this license and meet the practitioners of Graulhétois cycle touring on the road.
The practice of cycle touring is accessible to everyone, without the need to be an accomplished athlete. As its name suggests, it combines cycling and tourism, whether locally or further afield, to discover other landscapes at your own pace, according to your physical abilities. The notion of race or competition is absent within the French Cycle Tourism Federation.
It is also possible to participate in three club outings over a period of 45 days, thus benefiting from federal insurance. These outings take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1:30 p.m. during the winter, with departure from Place du Jourdain. A fourth meeting is scheduled for Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. from the MJC de Graulhet car park, avenue Bérénice.
