The Lioujacois Ping-Pong Club continues to progress in various areas. Helped in this by the Olympic success and the notoriety of the Lebrun brothers, young fans arrived in large numbers and the sporting results of the first phase of the competitions proved very satisfactory. The club will be represented in Regional 1 for the second phase and is delighted with the recruitment of one of the best Aveyron players, Anthony Rodriguès, who strengthens a particularly efficient and hardworking team. Rémi Babec, Benjamin Cavarroc, Germain Gaudel and Benoît Delmas (our photo) have largely contributed to this brilliant, exemplary journey for the other teams operating in the Region and at the different levels of departmental competitions. Sunday January 12, the club was entrusted by the departmental committee with the organization of the departmental council challenge which should bring together around a hundred young competitors, licensed or non-licensed.
This challenge, supervised by the club treasurer and new president of the committee, Eric Demange, will be a perfect reflection of the dynamism of ping-pong in Aveyron.
