The Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson, ESPN reports.
The firings come less than 24 hours after the Browns ended a disappointing season marred by injuries and ineffective play at the quarterback position. The last-place Browns lost 35-10 Saturday to the Baltimore Ravens to finish the season with a 3-14 record, their worst since their winless 2017 season.
Dorsey and Dickerson’s stays in Cleveland lasted only one season. Heading into Sunday’s scheduled games, the Browns’ offense ranked 28th in the NFL and 32nd in points scored.
Dorsey also served as the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills before being fired from that position in November 2023. He was hired by the Browns last February to work under head coach Kevin Stefanski and help oversee an offense built around injury-plagued quarterback Deshaun Watson.
Stefanski will now have to look for a third offensive coordinator since he took over the Browns in 2020.
