Senne Lammens is Antwerp’s number 1 goalkeeper this season thanks to the sidelining of Jean Butez. And thanks to his good performances, the 22-year-old goalkeeper could land a nice transfer in January.
In recent days, the Imp has been announced in major clubs. He was notably cited at Leeds United, Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United. The Red Devils are not really satisfied with the performances of André Onana and Alta Bayindir and are therefore looking for a new goalkeeper.
Lammens will not join Man United in January
This Friday, Fabrizio Romano took stock of this issue. And according to his words, a transfer from Senne Lammens to United in January seems very unlikely. Indeed, Bayindir would have no intention of leaving the English club this winter despite the interest of several European clubs.
10 million euros
The former Club Brugge goalkeeper can therefore forget about a transfer to United. Antwerp also risks being disappointed. In fact, the Antwerp club was already selling its goalkeeper for more than ten million euros.
It remains to be seen whether Dortmund and Leeds will decide to go on the attack in January or whether they will decide to wait until next summer to recruit the Belgian goalkeeper.
