MotoGP Netherlands Assen J1, Jack Miller (KTM/18) came close to disaster (VIDEO)!

Another failed day for Jack Miller at Assen. While he opened his victory counter here in 2016, nothing is going well now. His days at KTM are numbered, and he absolutely must find an alternative for next year if he wants to continue living his dream. In the meantime, here he is in Q1, as (too) often, and what’s more, from 18th place in Practice. One wonders if the Australian is still able to find the solution quickly in order to bounce back elsewhere.

Another Black Friday. Jack Miller, friendly “aussie”, will not be part of the KTM contingent next year. The arrival of Bastianini and Vinales at Tech3 coupled with the accession of Pedro Acosta to the official team pushes him towards the exit. He is disappointed, and unfortunately for him, was not able to demonstrate all his abilities during Practice.
« We had some problems with the first bike. We have a good machine, we just have to put everything in place.” he confessed to Speedweek microphones.

But he can still consider himself lucky. Why? Because Miller narrowly avoided a serious accident with Jorge Martin. Coming up behind him at high speed – even though he wasn’t accelerating – “Jackass” grazed the Martinator because he was looking behind him.. « It was my fault. I wanted to look at what was coming behind, and he braked at that moment. » he clarified.

Fortunately, there were no serious injuries.
“I took his exhaust on the left bicep” he said, but the worst was avoided. Indeed, percussion from the rear of this type is very dangerous. In both motorcycle and car sport, it is one of the main causes of the most serious accidents throughout history.

Do you think Jack Miller can finally show the extent of his potential tomorrow during the Sprint? Tell us in the comments!
