PSG is active in the transfer window to try to find a replacement for Kylian Mbappé but no avenue is further advanced than that. The leaders of the capital club are carefully examining the market and they have just made a rather surprising proposal for an unexpected player.
Matthieu Udol said no
As reported Moselle TV, the Parisians would have made an offer to 28-year-old French full-back Matthieu Udol. While Metz is going down to Ligue 2 after having fought until the end in the play-offs against Saint-Étienne, the captain of the Grenats was offered by PSG a position as third left back in the hierarchy. This is why he refused the offer, this status does not interest him. Udol, like Mikautadze, should not stay in Metz next season but for the moment nothing is certain. The defender is under contract with Metz until 2027 and is valued at 2.5 million euros.
