To request a proxy, it is possible to pre-register to save time by connecting to the dedicated site maprocuration.gouv.fr. After identifying yourself via France Connect, simply complete a Cerfa proxy request form with the contact details of the person who wishes to give their proxy and those of the person who will vote.
