the essential
This Thursday, November 7, the traditional SUA pre-match conference took place.
After the defeat in Grenoble, where Sébastien Calvet had decided to see elements lacking playing time, the SUA manager learned lessons from this meeting. Several players responded, and will even make a second start in a row for the trip to Soyaux-Angoulême (tomorrow, at 7:30 p.m.).
The executives are back
We think in particular of Florent Guion and Clément Garrigues, present at a press conference alongside Sébastien Calvet, but also of Beau Farrance or Evan Olmstead, also tipped to be in a starting XV marked by the return of several executives, like Santiago Socino, Vincent Farré, Arnaud Duputs, Julien Lebian, Fotu Lokotui, Jack Maunder, Billy Searle, and even Lucas Martins.
For this meeting, very few players are absent. Although they will not be in the group, Théo Belan and Loris Tolot have returned to training, as has Hayam El Bibouji, even if we will “certainly” have to wait until the third block to see the hooker in action according to Sébastien Calvet. Finally, Martin Devergie, ill, and Valentin Gayraud, victim of a calf injury, are spared. John Madigan and Jean-Marcellin Buttin are long-term absentees.
