The criticism surrounding his performance got the better of his career. Australian breaker Raygun announced on Wednesday, November 6, that she was leaving the competition after being upset by the wave of mostly negative reactions to her performance at the 2024 Olympic Games. Rachael “Raygun” Gunn, 37, lecturer at the University of Sydney, was ridiculed by some and acclaimed by others for her unique performance in Paris, where she failed to win in any of her three face-offs with other B-Girls.

Devastating criticism
