This third transfer window would take place between Sunday June 1 and Tuesday June 10, 2025. This implementation would allow clubs, which will participate in the next edition of the Club World Cup, to be able to strengthen themselves before the start of this competition.

Furthermore, by introducing this new window, FIFA would hope that players, at the end of their contracts, would be able to extend a little longer than initially planned. This Club World Cup will take place between June 15 and July 13, 2025, in the United States. This competition will involve a total of 32 training courses. This new formula continues to be criticized, in particular by players, complaining of an increasingly busy schedule.
