Dylan Hayes will not appeal. The former third row of -Romans, forced to end his career because of injuries, was sentenced to two years in prison for failure to prevent a crime in the so-called ex-Grenoblois affair , after the verdict rendered by the Assize Court on December 13.

This Tuesday, the lawyer for the former FCG player confirmed that he would not appeal this decision, report several media including L'Equipe. Me Arnaud Lucien, however, still disputes the guilt of his client, who today prefers to move forward.
