A major part of the ASSE project supported by Kilmer Group concerns training and the desire to build a team with in-house talents. This is totally the case with the young Djylian N'Guessan, a 16-year-old striker, who has just turned professional and whose future seems full of great promise…
Since its acquisition by Kilmer Group, AS Saint-Étienne has focused on an ambitious project focused on the training and development of in-house talent. A return to basics for a historic French football club, recognized for having launched numerous players, and again recently with defensive flagships of French football like William Saliba and Wesley Fofana. This philosophy is intended to be both economical and strategic: nurturing the nuggets of the training center to build a competitive team in the long term, while being part of controlled financial management.
Djylian N'Guessan, a promising new talent
At only 16 years old, Djylian N'Guessan perfectly symbolizes this vision. A young, talented striker, he has just signed his first professional contract with the Greens. A native of the region, N'Guessan rose through the ranks of the training center brilliantly, impressing his trainers with his technique, maturity and sense of purpose. He is now seen as one of the jewels of the future Saint-Etienne generation, and his integration into the professional group arouses certain enthusiasm among the supporters.
A bright future for ASSE
With young people like Djylian N'Guessan or the phenomenon Mathis Amougou, ASSE proves that it is ready to take on sporting challenges by relying on its identity. The objective is clear: return to the heights of Ligue 1 by focusing on youth and local know-how. If there is still a long way to go, the emergence of talents like N'Guessan offers real reason for hope. Supporters are already dreaming of seeing this young prodigy shine in the green and white jersey, thus confirming the relevance of the project carried by the Kilmer Group.
