Nearly €180 million paid to agents in six years

PSG being one of the most active on the transfer market, it is logically in Ligue 1, the one that pays the most commissions to football agents

If Nasser Al-Khelaïfi now insists that “the star of PSG is our team”, in direct reference to the departure of Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid, the capital club has not remained inactive on the transfer window that ended at the beginning of September in Ligue 1. has invested nearly 170 million euros to strengthen itself, part of this investment must be used to pay the commissions of the agents who represent the recruited players.

€30 million on average paid to agents over the last few seasons

At PSG, they have averaged around 30 million euros in recent seasons and the trend is increasing. Over its last six financial years officially published by the National Directorate of Control and Management (DNCG), Paris has paid nearly 180 million euros in fees to agents and intermediaries.

PSG pays almost a quarter of the fees of all Ligue 1 clubs combined

This is the highest total in French football, with a peak of almost 40 million euros (€39.4 million) recorded in the 2022 season balance sheet. Paris Saint-Germain alone assumes almost a quarter of all the commissions paid by all the teams that make up Ligue 1 with it.
