Blønd and Blönd and Blónd – Måriåj en chønsons

HASAttention, here comes Mår, Glär and Tø again, the totally crazy trio of Blønd and Blönd and Blónd. And for this second show, the pseudo-siblings from the Swedish Far North, played by the excellent Marie Combeau, Claire Méchin and Edo Sellier, become clumsy hosts of a surrealist wedding. The opportunity for these mischievous and outstanding clowns to take up the recipe that had made them (deservedly) successful, by parodying the great hits of French pop. If we are no longer surprised to see them mix Dave with Daft Punk or Christine and the Queens with Gipsy Kings, changing lyrics and rhythms with delicious madness, the pleasure remains intact, as their talent and sense comedy hits the mark. Unmissable.

r Directed by Jean-Claude Cotillard and Ies Blonds. Duration: 1 hour. 8:30 p.m. (Sat.), Espace 93, 3, place de l’Orangerie, 93 -sous-, 01 43 88 58 65. Free entry, by reservation.

Karim Duval – Entropy

For his third show, Karim Duval, the ex-engineer who became the best-known comedian
on LinkedIn, tackles a not trivial subject: entropy (the natural disorder of things). At 42 years old, this “dog punk for project managers” as he defines himself with self-deprecation, questions the future he has left and our obsession with progress in a world where innovations (apps, ChatGPT, AI, etc.) supposed to save us time actually make us “lose gracefully”. This might seem high-sounding but Karim Duval, through his humor, his accuracy and his intelligence, achieves the feat of making these concepts clear, playful and extremely funny. Armed with a chiseled text, without vulgarity and above all more piquant and mocking than ever, he delivers here his best show and an essential and hilarious reflection on the need to slow down, the useful and the useless. Well done.

r Duration: 1h20. From September 26, 7 p.m. (Thu), Théâtre des Mathurins, 36, rue des Mathurins, 8e01 42 65 90 00. (€28-42).

Laurent Baffie asks himself questions

So yes, Laurent Baffie is rude, and his outings, with Christine Angot in particular, have often been problematic. But we cannot deny his extremely funny sense of repartee. And this is exactly what the ex-PAF sniper puts to work in this latest show. On stage, lights on, Baffie gives us a unique and totally politically incorrect evening of fun. Thought like an immense “evening with friends”he mixes absurd questions, taken from his work 500 Questions that no one asks, improvisations and happenings where the audience is an integral part of the show, to deliver us in the end a joyful schoolboy mess, and wickedly cheeky. We are sometimes dismayed, we often roll our eyes, but above all we laugh heartily in front of the “assumed bullshit” and the generosity of this artist with extraordinary comic genius. And sometimes,
It’s everything you want from a comedy show.

r Duration: 1h30. From September 30, 8 p.m. (Mon.), Théâtre de la Madeleine, 19, rue de Surène, 8e01 86 47 23 71. (€19-39).

Thibaud Agoston – Addict

New recruit of humor straight from Switzerland, the young Thibaud Agoston
stands out from the first seconds with his precise diction and a flow halfway between rap (of which he is a fan) and slam. At 27 years old, this Genevan, who would have “dreamed of being a singer”opens up with candor and a touch of madness about his addictions (“Everything I tried in life, I became addicted to it”), from football to video games, including alcohol, sex or love. A first show still in progress, sometimes lacking a little coherence, but which above all reveals a performer with raw talent, full of refreshing, sensitive, poetic and touching absurd humor, especially when he addresses the question of modern man , toxic masculinity or his bisexuality. To be continued.

q Duration: 1 hour. Until Dec. 11, 7:30 p.m. (Wed.), la Nouvelle Seine, 3, quai de Montebello, 5e01 43 54 08 08. (€16.20-21).

Yohann Métay – The Sublime Sabotage

We left him as an extreme athlete in The tragedy of bib 512alone-on-stage in which he recounted with self-deprecation his adventure as a runner of the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc. A success played more than nine hundred times, praised by all critics… except Telerama at the time! But, with The Sublime SabotageYohann Métay gets his revenge. More than trying to seduce “TéléLama, the TV media that spits on live entertainment” — it’s fair game! —, the comedian talks about the quest for the ultimate show, his doubts, the thirst for the absolute. With breathtaking sincerity and humor, he connects burlesque situations and characters with formidable talent and efficiency. A reflection both moving and hilarious on the fear of failure, and above all on the freedom of creation. To see without delay.

s Duration: 1h20. From 1er Oct., 7:30 p.m. (Tues.), l’Européen, 5, rue Biot, 17e01 44 51 93 26. (€30).
