At the end of this presentation, the government will intervene to answer the questions and remarks of the deputies.

A second plenary session will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. and will be devoted to voting on the first part of the project. This vote will mark a first step towards the adoption of this text, which sets the budgetary guidelines for the year 2025 and establishes the government’s priorities in terms of investment, public spending and tax reforms.

The House of Representatives will continue its work on Friday at 10 a.m. with the presentation of the reports of the permanent committees responsible for sectoral budgets. This presentation will detail the allocations planned for each sector and discuss the strategic choices made within the framework of the PLF.

Finally, the plenary session will conclude on Friday with the vote on the second part of the PLF, followed by the final vote on the entire project. This last vote will mark the culmination of parliamentary discussions on the 2025 budget, before its transfer to the Chamber of Advisors for a second reading.
