Good news for Julien Doré fans! Four years after “Aimée”, the artist announces her return with an original and surprising project: a sixth album entitled “Imposteur”, composed exclusively of covers. Prepare to rediscover classics of French and international song, reinterpreted with the unique touch of Julien Doré.

Julien Doré had fun in the studio exploring a wide range of songs, from “Moi… Lolita” by Alizée to “La Kiffance” by Naps. The album promises to be a true musical journey with covers of Kendji Girac (“Les Yeux de la Mama”), Dalida (“Mourir sur scène”), William Sheller (“Un homme bonheur”) and even Gilbert Montagné ( “The Sunlights of the Tropics”).

But the artist doesn’t stop there! In “Imposteur”, we will also find revisited versions of “Cuitas les bananas” by L5, “Pourvu qu’elles sont éclairs” by Mylène Farmer, and “Les Démons de midnight” by Images. An explosive mix of genres and eras that promises to surprise.

To spice up this album even more, Julien Doré invited renowned artists to share the microphone with him. We will thus find a moving duet with Francis Cabrel on “A Happy Man”, a trip to Italy with Hélène Ségara on “Sarà Perché Ti Amo”, and a duet with the iconic Sharon Stone for a new cover of “Paroles, Paroles”. This unexpected collaboration is sure to delight fans.
