After the problems with distribution in stores of the physical version of FITNA, Rohff has this time attacked streaming platforms to denounce a boycott of his album released on June 21, 2024. Indeed, the joy of the publication of this opus was quickly overshadowed by the rapper from 94, who accused Spotify of boycotting it.

Rohff is furious with Spotify and rants!

As soon as the album was released, Rohff had already protested against a possible boycott of physical stores. He called on his fans to mobilize to demand that FNAC and Leclerc order more copies of “FITNA”. It’s Spotify’s turn to be in the rapper’s crosshairs. On his social networks, Housni is surprised by the absence of his new titles in the platform’s playlists and trends.

“Well then @spotifyfrance we still forget #Rohff? look at the trends whose album are we talking about? #FITNA Lool You don’t like me? For what ? Do authenticity and values hurt so much? My positions? Boecottage? Ok Too bad for you! #FITNA clip at 6 p.m.…”, he says, visibly very annoyed. Rohff points out the lack of visibility given to his album, suggesting a deliberate boycott on the part of Spotify. He highlights his authenticity, his values and his positions as possible reasons for this unfavorable treatment.

This boycott accusation is not the first for Rohff. Already in December 2021, he had mentioned similar treatment for his album “Grand Monsieur”. It remains to be seen whether the accusations of the Padre of the Rap Game are confirmed and what Spotify’s possible reaction to the declarations will be to explain itself.
