“Alpha female”, “mental problem”, “bad, but very bad influence for children”: Roxane Bruneau denounces the insults she receives on social networks since she revealed a video where we see her burst into tears during a concert.

Roxane Bruneau’s detractors had a surprise when the singer made public certain sexist, homophobic and hurtful comments made during the day.

These comments were made following the sharing, on her Instagram account, of a moving clip filmed during her show last Saturday in Terrebonne in which she addressed her recent heartbreak, before bursting into tears.

The 33-year-old singer says she received tons of sweet messages, but also offensive comments attacking her appearance and mental health.

Roxane Bruneau made a collage of these hateful comments, while mentioning: “There are more unhappy people than we think.”

“If you have to be a baby to be authentic, lol…”, “She annoys me… she wants [sic] just that we pay attention to him…”, we can read in particular as offensive comments.

Roxane Bruneau continues with a series of video clips where she calls people to be kind and respect others.
