“There are plenty of things to do in the second half of life”

For someone who was forced to cancel a series of concerts last summer, this decision seems to be a logical progression: « But everyone retires at some point, so it’s going to have to happen », explains the artist, before justifying his choice: « I don’t see myself in bad shape, limping on stage. You have to know how to decide to leave at some point. I have this moment in mind, as Jean-Jacques Goldman also had it. »

The singer already seems to be delighted to be able to devote himself to other passions: « Before , there is life. And life is the most important thing.” And apart from music, I have painting, literature, writing. There are plenty of things to do in a second part of life »he clarified. Pascal Obispo, however, does not rule out continuing his work from home: “ I could continue to make music, but just at home, at home. »
