On April 22, Kendji Girac came close to death after being shot alone. The singer would have “wanted to fake a suicide to scare his wife who was threatening to leave“after an argument, according to elements of the investigation revealed by the public prosecutor of Mont-de-Marsan at the time. The case was subsequently dismissed by the courts: “It is established that the shooting was deliberately provoked by Mr. Girac himself. This conclusion is based on solid scientific evidence. Analyzes revealed a massive concentration of powder on Mr. Girac’s clothes, particularly on the sleeves, thus ruling out any intervention by a third party.

Kendji confided in Vianney after his accident

Since this painful ordeal, Kendji seems to be doing better. Last August, he spoke in person on Instagram to apologize to his audience and announce the release of his new album, entitled Vivre. The latter was released on October 4 and includes 11 titles, including 6 composed by Vianney. The two men discussed this subject at length after Kendji’s accident, as he explains in As an aside this Thursday, October 17 on Canal+ : “Two days after the accident, I was in my room.
