Billie Eilish will “never again” talk about her private life.
The 22-year-old star – who dated singer Jesse Rutherford for a few months in October 2022 before revealing she was bisexual – wishes she could go back to the days when fans had no idea what she was up to away from the cameras. For this reason, she has made the decision to no longer disclose personal details in the media.
“I would like no one to know anything about my sexuality or my love life. Never, ever, ever. And I hope that will never be the case again,” she explained. “And I will never talk about my sexuality again. I will never talk about the people I date again.”
The “Birds of a Feather” singer also admitted to feeling like she was abandoning her youth due to her fame.
She said: “Being a woman is such a war, forever. Especially being a young woman in the spotlight. It’s really unfair. It turns out I’m young and I have a whole life to lead. Perhaps because my life became so adult very early, I forgot that I was still young. I lived my life as if I were 70 years old. I didn’t need to do that.”
